Overview

Dev Knowledge Hub is a developer knowledge platform that helps individuals and teams centralize, organize, and search technical resources.

Key features include:

  • Saving and organizing resource URLs within an organization
  • AI-assisted extraction (e.g., titles, summaries, tags) for saved resources
  • Search experiences, including AI-assisted search and recommendations
  • Collaboration features such as comments
  • Personal progress tracking on resources

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Organizations and Collaboration

  • The Service supports organizations with members, roles, and permissions.
  • Content you add to an organization may be visible to other members of that organization, depending on permissions and product configuration.

User Content

“User Content” includes information you submit or store via the Service, such as:

  • URLs you save, titles/notes you provide, tags you add
  • Comments on resources
  • Organization names and other collaboration inputs

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including indexing and search.

You agree not to upload or share User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, or violates others’ rights
  • Contains confidential information you do not have permission to share
  • Infringes intellectual property rights

AI Features and Accuracy

  • The Service may generate outputs (e.g., summaries, tags, search responses) using automated systems and/or AI.
  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
  • Do not input sensitive personal data, secrets, credentials, or other highly confidential information unless you have a lawful basis and it is strictly necessary.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service (including attempting to bypass security)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law
  • Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit spam or malicious content

Intellectual Property

We own the Service, including the software, design, and branding, except for User Content. If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

Third-Party Links

The Service may store and display links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Suspension and Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
